Most project tools assume a desk-based team with a tidy org chart. Production work doesn't look like that. It happens on a stage, in a warehouse, on a tour bus. The crew is freelance, the client pays on net-60, and the schedule changes half an hour before doors.

Lavori starts from there: one workspace where projects, schedules, contacts, and billing all know about each other, with an AI assistant that can answer questions about any of it.

Production teams usually run four tools that don't talk to each other: a tracker for the work, a spreadsheet for the crew, a CRM for the client, and something else for quotes and invoices. The licences aren't the real cost. The real cost is the same job living in four places and drifting apart.

In Lavori, a won lead becomes the project. The project holds its tasks, files, notes, and events, and each event holds the shifts that staff it. Crew rates on those shifts flow into the budget, the budget becomes the quote, and the accepted quote becomes the invoice — all for the same client record your pipeline already tracked. Nothing is re-keyed.
