Clock in and quote revisions
Crew can clock in from the field, and published quotes can be revised in place.
- Crew and staff clock in and out, with on-site status and automatic clock-out when a shift ends.
- Revise a published quote and republish it at the same client link, or share it without emailing.
- Shared budgets and PDFs show cost, markup, and margin; deleted budget lines can be restored.
- Project templates can carry their full task lists.

Payroll, inventory, and online payments
Payroll and inventory arrived, clients can pay online, and budgets became shareable.
- A payroll workspace brings timesheets and pay runs into one close-out flow.
- Track inventory, reserve it on budgets and quotes, and return it from projects.
- Connect your Stripe account and clients pay invoices online by card or bank transfer.
- Share a budget with a client through a link you can revoke.
- Each person can sync their own shifts, events, and tasks to Google Calendar.
- A live notification inbox covers mentions, replies, direct messages, and assignments.
- Website forms and other tools can send enquiries straight into a lead pipeline.
- The assistant can edit quote lines, add lines to existing documents, and duplicate locked quotes.
Threads, My Day, and pipelines
Threads replaced the old messaging, Home gained My Day, and leads moved to custom pipelines.
- Threads brings record-linked conversations, direct messages, attachment previews, and accurate unread counts.
- Leads run in multiple pipelines with custom columns, and lead tasks can be assigned to teammates.
- My Day on Home shows your work for the day, and task cells support @mentions.
- Dropbox folders can be linked to project files.
- Import a quote or invoice from a PDF or photo, with sales tax suggested from the client's state.
- Crew can confirm or decline a shift straight from the email, and shifts can have their own call times.
- Clients get emails for quote decisions, payment receipts, and overdue invoices.
Calendar, invoicing, and mobile
An organization calendar, a fuller invoicing flow, and a much bigger mobile app shipped.
- A new organization calendar with multiple views, layers, drag-to-create, and a detail drawer.
- A first Google Calendar sync connected the organization calendar to Google.
- Invoices gained a send flow, a lock once sent, archiving, voiding instead of deleting, and status filters.
- Sales tax can apply per line, alongside a document-level rate.
- The mobile app added the crew portal, leads, expenses with receipt capture, messaging, and two-factor settings.
- The assistant can search the workspace, bulk-assign tasks, manage project members and contact tags, and save PDFs to projects.
Leads, scheduling, and the Crew Portal
Lavori added a leads CRM, rebuilt scheduling, and launched the Crew Portal.
- Leads tracks deals through a pipeline, with inline editing, next steps, and conversion to projects.
- Scheduling was redesigned: several people per shift, an assign-and-confirm workflow, and publish on confirm.
- Contractors get their own Crew Portal, with per-role pay rates, announcements, and certifications.
- Expense tracking arrived, with AI receipt scanning for several receipts at once.
- Accounting was redesigned around quotes, invoices, and expenses, with bulk editing and a new budget layout.
- The assistant shows a confirmation card before creating projects, events, shifts, or leads.
- Plans became self-serve, with per-seat pricing and a free trial.
AI connectors, Drive, and themes
AI clients can work in Lavori, Google Drive moved into project files, and the app got new themes.
- Claude and other AI clients can connect to Lavori and create and update records, not just read them.
- The assistant can list, create, edit, and delete project notes.
- Google Drive lives on the project Files tab, with live sync, search, sorting, and uploads.
- Contractors get a mobile-friendly view and can move tasks, change columns, and add attachments.
- Six color themes, including the Lavori brand theme.
- Invoices have a clearer From and Bill To card, and invoice PDFs match quote formatting.
- Contact and company links stay in sync on both sides.
