One workspace for the whole production.
Lavori replaces the usual split across a project tracker, a scheduling spreadsheet, a CRM, and an invoicing tool. Every capability below is documented in full — follow any link for the detail.
Get started
Project management
Projects & tasks
Projects are the home for everything a job needs: tasks, sections, statuses, files, notes, and the people doing the work. View the same tasks as a table, a board, or a Gantt timeline.
Events & schedule
The Schedule area is where you create events, browse them by date, and build the shifts that put crew on the ground. This page walks through the full flow from the event list to managing an individual event.
Crew & scheduling
CRM
Leads
Track new business through pipelines your team defines, log every touchpoint, line up follow-ups, and turn a won lead into a real project in one step.
Contacts
Keep every client, vendor, and crew member in one place. The Contacts module stores people and companies, links them together, tags them by category, and connects them to the projects they work on.
Directory
A single place to see everyone in your organization — staff, crew, and the contacts you work with — along with the roles and details that scheduling, billing, and the AI assistant rely on.
Financial operations
Billing
Lavori's billing pipeline turns planned work into client proposals, sends branded PDFs, and tracks payments through to paid. Budgets handle internal cost planning, and the service library keeps your pricing reusable.
Accounting
Accounting is the home for everything money in Lavori. It pulls together your quotes, invoices, budgets, and billable items, shows activity over time, and gives admins a payroll workspace for closing out and paying contractor pay runs.
Documents & files
Project notes
Each project has a Notes tab for rich-text pages — meeting notes, run-of-show, specs, and plans. Pages nest into a sidebar tree, edit and save as you type, and can be shared publicly with anyone who has the link.
Files
Every project has its own file area for storing documents, images, and reference material. Upload, organize into folders, preview without downloading, and grant contractors access to just the folders they need.
Google Drive
Connect your organization's Google account once, then link Drive folders to individual projects so their files appear right inside the project Files tab.
Dropbox
Connect an organization Dropbox account, link folders to projects, and work with Dropbox files alongside Google Drive and files stored in Lavori.
Collaboration & AI
Threads & Support
Collaborate in organization Threads and keep your personal Support requests close at hand.
Search & command bar
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in Lavori to open the command bar, search across your projects, contacts, and scheduling, and jump straight to a record or page.
Pinned items
Pin projects, contacts, events, and billing records to your sidebar for one-click access, and star projects to float them to the top of your projects list.
AI assistant
A built-in assistant that answers questions about your organization's data and takes action across projects, tasks, events, shifts, contacts, and billing — all scoped to what you can already see.
Admin & platform
Organization settings
A complete tour of the Organization settings area: who can access it, and what every section controls, from your organization profile and branding to members, teams, security, notifications, and integrations.
Account settings
Update your profile and avatar, change your password, tune your alert preferences, choose a theme, and control which widgets appear on your dashboard.
MCP server
Lavori exposes a Model Context Protocol server so MCP-aware clients like Claude can read from, and optionally write to, a single organization over an OAuth-secured connection.
Seats and plans
Some capabilities are tier-gated. The pricing page shows exactly which plan includes what, generated from the same plan data the app enforces.
