Before you buy
- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and no credit card is needed to begin. The workspace owner gets an email three days before it ends. If you haven't picked a paid plan by then, nothing is charged — the workspace moves to the free tier until you upgrade.
- Who needs a paid seat?
- Admins and members — the staff who plan, schedule, quote, and invoice. Contractors never take a paid seat, however many you schedule. On Pro they also get the Crew Portal to claim shifts, clock in, and submit their hours.
- Can I change seats or plans later?
- Yes. Seats added mid-cycle are prorated for the rest of the billing period; seats you remove come off at the next renewal.
- Is yearly billing cheaper?
- Yes — yearly billing is 17% less per seat than paying monthly.
- Can you help us move from another tool?
