For event planners

Plan every event in one place.

Corporate and social event planners juggle clients, venues, vendors, timelines, and payments for many events at once. Lavori keeps each event on one record, from the first inquiry to the paid invoice, so nothing lives in a stray spreadsheet or inbox thread.

From inquiry to booked

Track inquiries in pipelines your team defines, with an estimated value, every touchpoint logged, and follow-ups lined up. When a client books, turn the lead into a project in one step.

One project per event

A project holds the event and everything around it. Add each date — a site visit, setup, the event itself, multi-day conferences — as an event with its own time and location.

Plan the work in sections you can view as a table, a board, or a timeline, and start every event from a template so your planning checklist is already in place. Keep the agenda or run-of-show as a note page you can share by link.

Venues, vendors, and clients together

Keep venues, caterers, AV companies, and clients in one contacts directory, tagged by category and linked to the events they're part of. Contracts and files stay on the project, or in a linked Google Drive or Dropbox folder.

Staff it without the group text

Put staff and contractors on shifts for each event, assign them or let them claim open shifts, and catch double-bookings and weekly-hour limits before the day.

Quote, invoice, get paid

Build the budget, push it into a quote, and send it. Clients review and sign from a link with no login, an accepted quote converts into an invoice, and a connected Stripe account takes payment from the same link.

Let the assistant handle the busywork

The built-in AI assistant reads across your workspace and drafts the work — a project with its sections and tasks, events, a budget, a quote. It proposes; you approve.

Plans

Projects, events, tasks, scheduling, quotes, and invoices are the core of every plan. Lead pipelines, budgets, the contractor portal, and online payments are plan-gated. The pricing page shows exactly which plan includes what. Contractors never take a paid seat.

Questions

Is this different from the event producers page?
It's the same Lavori. Planners and producers describe the job differently, so this page follows a planner's workflow; the producer's view is at /for/event-producers.
Do clients need a Lavori account?
No. Clients review and sign quotes and view and pay invoices from a link that needs no login.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per staff seat, starting at one, and contractors never take a paid seat. Every plan starts with a free trial that needs no credit card.
