From first enquiry to final invoice.
Event producers, agencies, and production companies usually run one job across a CRM, a project tracker, a crew spreadsheet, and an invoicing tool. In Lavori it stays one record: the lead becomes the project, the project holds its events and crew, and the budget becomes the quote and then the invoice.
Win the job
Track enquiries in pipelines your team defines — one for new business, another for renewals — with an estimated value on every lead, each touchpoint logged, and follow-ups lined up. When a lead is won, turn it into a project in one step.
Plan the show
A project is the job. Inside it, each event — rehearsal, load-in, show day — has its own dates, location, and schedule, and can run across several days.
Tasks live in sections you can view as a table, a Kanban board, or a Gantt timeline. Files, notes, and the project's conversation stay on the project rather than in a separate drive or chat.
Staff it
Build shifts on each event's calendar, deploy role templates in bulk, and fill them by assignment or by letting crew claim open shifts — with overlap and weekly-hours checks either way.
Budget, quote, invoice, get paid
Build the budget from manual lines, your service library, or the crew already on the schedule, then push the lines you choose into a quote. The client reviews and signs it from a portal link, with no login, and an accepted quote converts into an invoice with the same lines.
Connect your own Stripe account and the same portal link takes payment by card or, where your Stripe account supports it, US bank transfer. You are the merchant of record; the money lands in your account.
Hand the busywork to the assistant
The built-in AI assistant reads across the workspace and drafts the work. From one message it can create a project with sections and tasks, create events, create and assign shifts, and draft budgets, quotes, and invoices. It proposes; you approve.
Plans
Projects, events, crew scheduling, quotes, and invoices are the core of every plan. Lead pipelines, budgets, the contractor portal, and online client payments are plan-gated. The pricing page shows exactly which plan includes what. Contractors never take a paid seat.
Questions
- Can we move our current jobs in?
- There is no one-click importer. Our team rebuilds your projects, tasks, statuses, and assignees with you from an export of your current tool — book a demo and we'll scope it.
- Does the client need a Lavori account?
- No. Clients review and sign quotes and view invoices from a portal link that needs no login. Once you connect Stripe, they pay from the same link.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing is per staff seat, starting at one, and contractors never take a paid seat. Every plan starts with a free trial that needs no credit card.
In the documentation
Leads
Track new business through pipelines your team defines, log every touchpoint, line up follow-ups, and turn a won lead into a real project in one step.
Projects & tasks
Projects are the home for everything a job needs: tasks, sections, statuses, files, notes, and the people doing the work. View the same tasks as a table, a board, or a Gantt timeline.
Events & schedule
The Schedule area is where you create events, browse them by date, and build the shifts that put crew on the ground. This page walks through the full flow from the event list to managing an individual event.
Billing
Lavori's billing pipeline turns planned work into client proposals, sends branded PDFs, and tracks payments through to paid. Budgets handle internal cost planning, and the service library keeps your pricing reusable.
Accounting
Accounting is the home for everything money in Lavori. It pulls together your quotes, invoices, budgets, and billable items, shows activity over time, and gives admins a payroll workspace for closing out and paying contractor pay runs.
AI assistant
A built-in assistant that answers questions about your organization's data and takes action across projects, tasks, events, shifts, contacts, and billing — all scoped to what you can already see.
